CAD Consulting and Architectural
Drafting fees are quoted on
a project basis as each client
generally has varying requirements
so there is no standard package.
For smaller drafting jobs Brenden
generally uses his hourly rate
charges.
Hourly Rate charges are;
• Site Visits $75.00 per
hour
• Building Design $90.00
per hour
• Architectural Drafting
$65.00 per hour
• Administration $35.00
per hour
Please note all amounts
are given in Australian dollars
and are exclusive of G.S.T
Payment
Details
Creed Design submits
invoices detailing work completed
in accordance with each Building
Design/CAD Consulting Contract.
Depending on the size of the
project invoices are usually
issued as follows;
• Site Visit Fee
• Commencement / Deposit
Fee
• Sketch/Design Development
Fee
• Building Approval Fee
• Completion Fee
To streamline accounting procedures
and to keep costs down Creed
Design runs a limited number
of payment options.
(A) Commercial Cheques, Personal
Cheques & Money Orders -
Cheque’s are to be payable
to: CREED DESIGN
(B) Direct Deposit
Direct Deposit allows the Client
to electronically transfer payments
over the Internet using their
online banking service. Direct
Deposit details be will provided
when requested.
